My name is Natasha Dixon founder and CEO of Fit Nurse. I am a certified Register Nurse who works in the Emergency Department. It has always been my dream to become a nurse. I enjoy helping people and acquiring the never-ending wealth of knowledge that medicine provides. Every day I wake up and learn something new from my job in the Emergency Department and I love it. While the job can be tiresome it is rewarding. I am also a certified Xtreme hip-hop instructor who loves to work out. I have been into fitness since I was 11 years old. My mother always instills in me that health is wealth, so take care of your body. You only get one body what you do with it determines your longevity.

I created fit Nurse because I watch daily how nurses take care of everyone else but in the process of taking care of everyone else deny themselves self-care. I wanted to create a fitness line that reminds nurses that it is imperative that they set some time aside for themselves, it has always been my dream.
